All rate quotes are not created equal. When calling area limousine companies for a rate quote, please inquire to the following:
Is the rate quoted all-inclusive?
§ An all-inclusive cost should be just that, the final price for service if everything goes off as planned. Commonly included in the price are the base rate of service, suggested chauffeur gratuity, tolls (if applicable), fuel surcharge, service fees and depending on your location/contracted service sales tax. Early morning pick-ups and late night arrivals may also add an extra charge. Be sure to mention both when requesting a quote, if applicable.
What Happens If?
§ Your Flight is Late:
§ Scheduled airline delays should not result in any charges. With flight tracking software adjusting pick-up times is our responsibility.
§ Your Luggage is Lost:
§ Domestic flights allow for 30 minutes of complimentary time after arrival and an hour for international flights. Beyond that, charges will accrue at an hourly rate.
§ My Plane Lands But There is No Gate or My Cruise Ship Arrives and We Are Unable to Disembark:
§ Unfortunately, these situations are out of our control. Your chauffeur’s arrival is scheduled to coincide with your flight arrival and they will remain onsite until you deplane. Additional charges follow inline with lost luggage.
§ Are There Any Extra Charges or Hidden Fees?
§ We always quote all-inclusive rates for service. For airport services, the only potential unknowns are early morning pick-ups/late night arrivals and how you will meet your chauffeur curbside (no charge) or baggage claim/customs ($12 charge to cover parking).
§ I’m Interested in Booking a Limo, What is Included?
§ Our limousines are stocked with complimentary water, soft drinks and ice. With 2 flat panel screens and a DVD player on board, you are welcome to bring movies or choose from our library. Availability can be limited, so please call in advance for bookings especially during peak seasons (wedding, concert and prom months).
§ Are There Any Minimum Hour Requirements for Services?
§ For airport trips, no. For hourly service, yes, we have a three consecutive hour minimum for all vehicles. While this may seem unnecessary when you only need an hour of service, please consider the amount of time that goes into preparing the vehicle before your trip, cleaning up after your trip and chauffeur travel time. For reservations six hours and over, we are happy to split the hours of service for pick-ups and drop-offs at your request.
