As September comes to a close, thoughts often start to turn to the arrival of Halloween and the ensuing parties, haunted houses and trick-or-treating.  Whether planning seasonal activities for young or old, Halloween is a holiday enjoyed by all.  If you’re planning a party or attending area events, here are some fun ways to celebrate:
